This meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm. The agenda for tonight will be as follows: reading of the minutes from the previous meeting, and anything else the Board wishes to discuss.

The minutes of the September 21st, 2004 meeting were read. Wendy Graves made a motion to accept the minutes with the typos noted. Carl Wiedemann seconded. Member Graves, aye, Member Weidemann, aye, Member Rudesheim, aye, Member Uveges, aye, Member Payst, aye, Alternate Member Kosinski, aye, Vice Chair Martratt, aye.

The Board discussed revising the current variance application form.

Omer Martratt suggested all Board members initial their vote on the application form. This would help maintain the record of the Board’s action in one folder. The Board agreed that the cover sheet should be rewritten to make it easier to understand. Wendy Graves volunteered to retype the cover sheet with these changes. Another concern was the wide differences in the plot plan drawings submitted. Discussion was held on standardizing a size and identifying present and proposed changes. Discussion also centered on the validity of the information submitted by the applicant.

There is a Planning and Zoning Workshop being held at Hudson Valley Community College on November 5^th, 2004 for any member who is interested in attending.
