This special meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm. The agenda for tonight will be as follows: one public hearing and possible action on that application, the reading of the minutes from the previous meeting, and anything else the Board wishes to discuss.
The floor was opened for comment for the public hearing concerning John and Ruth Hankinson, (Application 04-004). There was a substantial change in the lot lines to accommodate the two separate septic systems, therefore a new public hearing had to be held. The notice of public hearing as published on May 21st, 2004 in the Daily Gazette was read. The floor was opened for comment. There was none. The floor was closed. The Board agreed that the eight (8) foot line at the end of the septic line was not the sideline per Ordinance definitions. The Board reviewed the application for completeness and documented the requirements of Section 14.5.5(B). The public hearing was closed.
The minutes of the May 18th, 2004 meeting were read. Wendy Graves made a motion to accept the minutes with the corrections noted. Omer Martratt seconded.
