Public Hearing November 10, 2005 Sewer District No. 2 Sewer Roll

Present was Council-members Carlson, Frisbee, Pneuman, Potter, Supervisor Merrihew and Attorney for the town Siegel.

Public Hearing opened at 7:15PM following by the pledge to the flag/ Supervisor Merrihew read the legal notice as posted in the Gazette Newspapers on 10/31/05. Notice posted on the Clerks Bulletin Board.

Floor opened to comments on the Sewer District 2 Sewer Roll.

No one wished to speak, floor closed at 7:16PM.

Council-member Frisbee motioned to adjourn, seconded by Council-member Carlson, all in favor.
