Public hearing SD#1 Sewer Roll.

Present was Council-members Carlson, Frisbee, Pneuman, Potter, Supervisor Merrihew and Attorney for the town Siegel.

Supervisor Merrihew opened the Public hearing at 7:05PM, followed by the pledge to the flag.

Supervisor Merrihew read the notice as published in the Gazette Newspapers on 10/31/05. Notice posted on the Clerks bulletin board.

Floor was opened to any comments on the Sewer District 1 Sewer Roll. No one wished to speak floor closed at 7:06 PM.
