Robert Van Natten asked not to be placed on the agenda
1. Robert C. Bean owning property on 9283 State Highway 30, SBL #33.00-2-18.21 is requesting a Special Use Permit for the purpose of constructing a garage before the construction of a residence. There were no questions or comments from the audience.
Motion made by Bill Ruther seconded by Fred Siegel to accept the August 2004 minutes.

New Business
1. Leonard and Ann Taylor of 974 Mariaville Scotch Church Road, SBL#26.00-2-16.11 is applying for a minor subdivision of 67 acres into 35.37 acres and 31.82+- acres. Some concern over the exact frontage of the property based on the existing survey. Current map needs to include a septic disclosure, Ag disclosure and the existing well and septic placement.
Motion made by Fred Siegel seconded by Mark DeLeva to set a Public Hearing for October 7, 2004 at 7:30pm on the Leonard and Ann Taylor application for a minor subdivision of 67 acres at 974 Mariaville Scotch Church Road.

2. F&L Builders/Developers owning property on Gage Road, SBL#65.00-1-31.4 is taking 4.37 acres from 60.31 acres and adding it to Lot #1 for a total of 8.72 acres.
Motion made by Bill Ruther seconded by Laura Silva to set a Public Hearing for October 7, 2004 at 7:30pm on the F&L Builders/Developers application to add 4.37 acres to Lot#1. 3. Charles H. Wilber and Sally Ann Wilber (Revised Application) owners of property at 868 Main Street, SBL#66.00-1-10.1 are applying for a 3 lot subdivision dividing 150+-acres. The map for this project needed to be revised to include the Village of Delanson.
Motion made by Laura Silva seconded by Walt Miller to set a Public Hearing for October 7, 2004 at 7:30pm on the Charles H. Wilber and Sally Ann Wilber application for a 3 lot subdivision at 868 Main Street contingent upon submission of a revised map. 1. Richard E. Brush, Jr. and Gloria Farone owning property on Miller Corners Road, SBL #43.00-1-3.12 is applying for a minor subdivision with Lot #1 3.37 acres and Lot #2 3.37 acres. Lot #1 and Lot #2 need to be labeled clearly on the map.
Motion made by Bill Ruther seconded by Mark DeLeva to set a Public Hearing for October 7, 2004 at 7:30pm on the Richard E. Brush and Gloria Farone application for a minor subdivision on Miller Corners Road contingent on changes to the map being submitted. 2. Eugene Hotaling Sr. of 1311 Eaton Corners Road, SBL #42.00-1-10.11 returned for further discussion of Cline Lane and approval of Subdivision. The land on Cline Lane remains with Lot #3.
Motion made by Laura Silva seconded by Fred Siegel to approve the subdivision of 3 lots. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Fred Siegel-yes, Sandra Scott-yes, Martin White-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, and Bill Ruther-yes.
3. Duanesburg GC Partners LLC is applying for a major subdivision of 28 lots on Duanesburg Churches Road, SBL#33.00-2-8.11 There will be 2 phases all lots will be greater than 5 acres. Application will be submitted to County Planning.
Other
1. James Cole spoke with the board further regarding the Drawbridge Estates subdivision. They have moved forward with the wetlands issue. The board will do a walk through meeting on the property. Test wells will be required.

Motion made by Fred Siegel seconded by Bill Ruther to approve a Special Use Permit to Robert C. Bean for the purpose of constructing a pole barn on property at 9283 State Highway 30 contingent on the residence being completed by calendar year 2006. Roll Call Vote: Bill Ruther-yes, Fred Siegel-yes, Sandra Scott-yes, Martin White-yes, Laura Silva-yes, and Walt Miller-yes.
3. Board Training for the SIMS system will be 9/22 at 6pm.
4. Walk Through meeting for Draw Bridge Estates will be 9/15 at 5pm.
