Meeting Called to Order 7:30 PM

1. Anthony J. Casso & Geraldine Mead of 1089 Waverly Place, Schenectady, NY seeking approval to subdivide a 5.8 acre +- parcel into 2 lots of 2.302 acres and 2.937 acres on Mariaville Road. The proposed action was explained to the audience. There were no comments from the audience. Public Hearing closed. Schenectady County Planning approved of the subdivision.

1. John & Kathleen Mikus of 6031 Scotch Ridge Rd., Duanesburg, NY, is applying for a one (1) lot minor subdivision of 3.00 acres, SBL #54.00-2-8.1. After reviewing the preliminary plat plan, the planning board recommended that the septic disclosure be placed on the plat plan, a letter from Mr. Mikus’s grandfather "Oking" the deeding of the parcel to John & Kathleen Mikus and to mark "Final" on the plat plan. A motion was made by Bill Ruther and seconded by Fred Siegel to set up a public hearing on April 3, 2003 at 7:30 PM to review the proposed subdivision. Roll Call Vote: Bill Ruther-yes, Fred Siegel-yes, Laura Silva-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Larry Breckenridge-yes, Sherrie Wages-yes and Walt Miller-yes. New information must be handed in to the Building Inspector’s Office by March 20, 2003.

2.937 acres on Mariaville Rd., Town of Duanesburg. After reviewing the application, Bill Ruther made a motion to declare a negative impact on the Short Form EAF and was

seconded by Fred Siegel. Roll Call Vote: Bill Ruther-yes, Fred Siegel-yes, Mark De Leva-yes, Larry Breckenridge-yes, Sherrie Wages-abstain, Laura Silva-yes and Walt Miller-yes. A motion was made by Fred Siegel and seconded by Larry Breckenridge to approve the application of Anthony J. Casso and Geraldine Mead of 1089 Waverly Place, Schenectady, NY to subdivide a 5.8 +- acre parcel into two (2) lots of 2.302 and 2.937 acres on Mariaville Rd., in the Town of Duanesburg, NY. Roll Call Vote: Fred Siegel-yes, Larry Breckenridge-yes, Sherrie Wages-abstain, Laura Silva-yes, Bill Ruther-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes and Walt Miller-yes.

A motion was made by Laura Silva and seconded by Fred Siegel to adjourn the meeting. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Fred Siegel-yes, Bill Ruther-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Larry Breckenridge-yes, Sherrie Wages-yes and Walt Miller-yes.
