Public Hearings
Richard Runnels SBL#34.00-2-10.1 on Batter Street, seeking the approval on a Special Use Permit for the purpose of owning and operating a paintball club. Presentation included information on club safety measures, paintball contents and a diagram of the property including the 75 foot buffer zone that would be roped off. Concerns from the audience included noise concern and canister explosion concerns. Group addressed these concerns by showing the types of equipment to be used and how to properly maintain them safely as well as a demonstration of the use of the marker for noise concern. Referees will be on hand at all times for safety and there is a zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use. The club has a pending membership in the Paintball Players League and will abide by their guidelines.

Traditional Builders/Ernie Rau (purchaser) SBL#68.00-3-19.1 corner of Mott Road and Western Turnpike seeking approval for a one lot minor subdivision and a Special Use Permit for the purpose of building a single family residence in a C-1 zone. Mr. Rau presented a letter from Traditional Builders stating that he was able to represent their interests in this matter. There is a recommendation from the county that the driveway be off of Mott Road. There were two positive comments from the audience on this subdivision. Public Hearing Closed

Valley Mobile Home Park, LLC SBL#68.00-2-28 of 2054 Western Turnpike is seeking the approval for a Special Use Permit for the purpose of constructing 44 storage units. John Iseman and Eric Dolan present for this hearing. The storage units will be operated out of Cobleskill and will be accessed by the renters 24 hours a day with no restrictions. There will be 9 motion sensitive lights attached to the building. The rental contract will state no hazardous or flammable goods can be stored. Concerns from a neighbor regarding no on site supervision and open access. Neighbor assured he could call if issues arose. Building color is blue with off white trim.

New Business
Richard E. Brush, Jr. SBL#43.00-1-3.12 is applying for a minor subdivision of 6.749 acres into two 3.37+- acre lots on Millers Corners Road. Mr. Brush was advised to present a new survey including septic disclosure, line of subdivision in order to complete his application for the subdivision.
Eugene W. Hotaling, Sr. SBL#42.00-1-10.11 is applying for a minor subdivision of 2.83 acres on Eaton Corners Road. Concern over the survey being complete, septic disclosure and land locked area. Laura Silva will clarify the issues to complete the map for the specifications desired.
Stan Kruk/Keith Hunter SBL#34.00-2-7.131, Batter Street is applying for the change of the east boundary line. John Callahan and Mr. Hunter present. They would like to change the boundary line prior to purchase. Motion made by Laura Silva seconded Fred Siegel to set a Public Hearing for July 1, 2004. Vincenzo Leonetti/Joseph Mazuryk SBL#43.00-2-3.112 is applying for a minor subdivision of 2.507 acres on Gordinier Road. No one present for this item.
Old Business
John and Ruth Hankinson SBL#66.00-1-8 are returning with Zoning Board Approval to move forward for a minor subdivision of 4.9 acres with 2 residences. Presented the changes approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals which includes a boundary line change to incorporate the septic systems of each parcel. They will file a final plot plan with the approved changes. Motion made by Laura Silva seconded by Fred Siegel to set a Public Hearing for July 1, 2004 contingent upon the change of wording regarding the septic system note. Terrapin Presents/Gathering of the Vibes, question "Late Night Stage" 1-3:00 AM advertised
Laura Silva will send a letter to Terrapin from the Planning Board that presenting the Late Night Stage as advertised jeopardizes their Special Use Permit.
