Public Hearings

Stan Kruk/Keith Hunter SBL#34.00-2-7.131 Batter Street seeking the approval to change the east boundary line. Mr, Hunter needs extra property to adjust the original property line that goes through the existing pond and Mr. Kruk is adjusting his property line to accommodate Mr. Hunter. A person in the audience questioned the lot line adjustment but was explained fully of the project.

John and Ruth Hankinson SBL#66.00-1-8 are seeking the approval for a minor subdivision of 4.9 acres with 2 residences. The boundary line in the updated plot plan shows the line change to incorporate the septic systems of each parcel.

New Business

Eric Brown, Owner Randy R. and Wendy Bell property on Gage Road. SBL#65.00-1-31-3 applying for minor subdivision adding 3.28 acres to the Bell property. After reviewing the application a motion was made by Laura Silva to have a Public Hearing on August 5, 2004 at 7:30pm on the Eric Brown, owner/Randy and Wendy Bell application to add 3.28 acres to the Bell property. Have note from Mr. Brown. Seconded by Mark DeLeva. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Martin White-yes, Sandra Scott-yes, Walt Miller-yes

David A. Carmen of 2422 Gage Road SBL#75.00-1-4.1 is applying for a minor subdivision of 37.13 acres with 2.75 acres remaining with existing residence. Motion made by Laura Silva, seconded by Mark DeLeva to schedule a Public Hearing for August 5, 2004 at 7:30pm on the David A. Carmen of 2422 Gage Road SBL#75.00-1-4.1 application for a minor subdivision of 37.13 acres. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Martin White- Yes, Sandra Scott-yes Walt Miller-yes

Richard and Dona Russo of 184 Duane Lake Road SBL# 67-04-1-1 zoned Lake District (L-1) is applying for major subdivision of 11 acres +- into 3 vacant lots and lot 4 with the house and out building. After reviewing Mr. Russo needs a septic disclosure and also to show placement of the septic and well locations. Motion made by Laura Silva for a Public Hearing on August 5, 2004 on the Richard and Donna Russo application for a major subdivision. The hearing is conditioned upon submission of a completed application including adding the Septic Disclosure and location of the well and septic system. Motion seconded by Martin White. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Martin White-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Sandra Scott-yes, and Walt Miller-yes.

Vincenzo Leonetti/Joseph Mazuryk SBL# 43.00-2-3.112 is applying for a minor subdivision of 2.57 acres each on Gardinier Road. After review of the plot plan motion was made by Laura Silva for a Public Hearing on August 5, 2004 at 7:30pm on the Vincenzo Leonetti/Joseph Mazuryk application for a minor subdivision of 2.57 acres. Seconded by Sandra Scott. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Sandra Scott-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Martin White-yes, Walt Miller-yes.

 

 

 

Old Business

Eugene Hotaling of 1311 Eaton Corners Road SBL# 42.00-1-10.11 returning with completed paperwork for a minor subdivision and keeping 2.83 acres with an existing house a the remaining parcel to be divided into three parcels. Motion by Laura Silva to set a Public Hearing on August 5, 2004 on the Eugene Hotaling application for a minor subdivision. Seconded by Mark DeLeva. Roll Call Vote: Laura Silva-yes, Mark DeLeva-yes, Martin White-yes, Sandra Scott-yes, Walt Miller-yes.
