Public Hearings:
MARILYN A. DRIZOS: SBL#: 74.00-1-17 Is seeking approval for a 3 lot major subdivision to divide 65.49 acres, located at the corner of Route 30 and Oak Hill Rd. The 3 lots will range in size from 4.94 acres to 37.51 acres. Of the three lots, one is to be conveyed to the lands of Gallo.
No comments were made from the audience.
County Planning approves of the proposal contingent upon the applicant providing a Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan for erosion and sediment control and upon the applicant illustrating that the limitations imposed by the "Building Restricted area" on lot three will not hinder the construction of a residence. To this end, the applicant may wish to have the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation clarify the "isolated" portion of the wetland on lot three is part of the state regulated wetland. If it is not part of the state wetland, the building envelope on lot three could be expanded. As proposed, there is a very limited area in which to construct a residence on lot three without triggering the need for a permit from DEC. All of these specifications appear to be shown on the maps and sufficient to The Planning Board.

PENSCO TRUST COMPANY: SBL#: 34.00-2-7.122, Located at 2097 Batter Street Duanesburg NY. 12056, is seeking approval to subdivide a 4.82 acre lot into 2 building lots, lot one being 2.48 acres, and lot 2 being 2.38 acres.
This application never went to public hearing. Letters were sent out but due to the fact that no new information was received in time the public hearing was never opened therefore nullifying the public hearing notice. Will return in January with completed SWPP and wetland delineation.
Thomas R. Spoor: SBL# 54.00-2-35, Is seeking approval for a 9 lot major subdivision, at Duanesburg Churches RD, to be known as Hawks Landing. Parcels will range in size from 2.3 acres to 6.25 acres, and will include the construction of a road with a cul-de-sac.
No new information was submitted. A continuance letter was received and would like to continue the public hearing until January 2006.
Kevin Chesnut: SBL#: 54.00-1-10.1, Is seeking approval for a 5 lot major subdivision, in phase two, known as Chesnut Hills on Delevan Road. Lots will range in size from 4.0 acres to 9.16 acres. Has asked for a continuance of the public hearing pending the submittal of new information. Would like to return in February.

There was a discussion of how long a time frame should be allowed from the first submittal of an application until the final decision is rendered.

The Town of Guilderland sought our comments on a 5 lot subdivision on Furbeck Road, and the board has no issues.
