PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Alan Krieger: SBL# 55.00-2-23, IS SEEKING APPROVAL FOR A MINOR SUBDIVISION, TO DIVIDE A 5.768 ACRE LOT INTO TWO PARCELS, WITH NO PLANS TO DEVELOP EITHER LOT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

No comments were made from the audience. The County did not agree with the application because of a lack of road frontage of 60ft per lot. The board would like to see the maintenance agreement updated to the Town attorney's specifications.

Don and Donna Cooper: SBL#: 66.00-2-7.2 is seeking approval for the reallocation of the lot line separating the lands of Donald B. and Donna L. Cooper from the lands of Richard K. and Maureen S. Cooper to alleviate house encroachment and equally divide the lands of the aforementioned parties. No new lots will be created.

Kevin Caslin attorney speaking on behalf of the Coopers. No comments from the audience. The County approves of the proposal.

Public Hearing continued:

Kevin Chesnut: SBL#: 54.00-1-10.1, IS SEEKING APPROVAL FOR A 5 LOT MAJOR SUBDIVISION, IN PHASE TWO, KNOWN AS CHESNUT HILLS ON DELEVAN ROAD. LOTS WILL RANGE IN SIZE FROM 4.0 ACRES TO 9.16 ACRES.

No comments from the audience. Lance Manus is the engineer for Kevin Chesnut on this project and is still working on the DEC permits. The Town will decide who should be lead agency on this project. The project will be continued to the October 20, 2005 meeting due to lack of information.

Thomas R. Spoor: SBL# 54.00-2-35, IS SEEKING APPROVAL FOR A 9 LOT MAJOR SUBDIVISON, AT DUANESBURG CHURCHES ROAD, TO BE KNOWN AS HAWKS LANDING. PARCELS WILL RANGE IN SIZE FROM 2.3 ACRES TO 6.25 ACRES, AND WILL INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD WITH A CUL-DE-SAC.

Tom Spoor agrees to make a continuance for October, also due to lack of information.

Doug Mcfee: "I would just like to say I am a part-time resident, and very much approve of the project."
