The Town Of Duanesburg Building Department The Building Department is working on property maintenance issues within the hamlet of Duanesburg. Letters are being sent out to property owners encouraging cooperation to make the hamlet more aesthetically pleasing. The Town of Duanesburg is currently working on Sewer District #3 which would improve the sanitary conditions in the Hamlet.The Town Board strongly encourages residents to employ water conservation efforts. New DEC Burning Regulations were effective October 14, 2009. Burning trash is now prohibited statewide in all cases.
